Microfluidic cartridge and screening tools adaptation

Objectives

• Adaption of the microfluidic cartridge, comprising the 2 types of sensors, with a self-sampled cervical swab as input, sample preparation and electrochemical signals as outputs.
• Integration of the adapted microfluidic cartridge in the portable driving and read-out screening tool.
• Design, build and test a development prototype PoC screening device and subsequently build further prototypes for use in the WP5 clinical trials.
• Develop a cartridge compatible with reliable and robust microfluidic manufacturing.
• Manufacturing of cartridges for final validation.
